Speakers I've built for myself and others.

The Finished LCC (Large Center Channel)

All the drivers are recessed. The enclosure itself is 1/4" thicker than the plans. I laminated a 1/4" sheet of plywood to the back of the front baffle to hold the t-nuts. I then glued the t-nuts in so they can't fall out or spin easily. The front isn't buffed as high gloss as the top and sides are. I didn't want to much reflection from the pront projector.
It weights 55lbs with everything in it. But it has to be re-done anyway. See the white spots on the front right top corner - yes it slipped and a couple choice words came out.
How's it sound? Well after only 2 hours of use it's great. Very seemless w/ the 281s.Quite a bit of bass too for a center.

Here's my new Adire Kit281s.

1" wider than normal to accomodate the rounded edges.

Why they unfinished? I'm not sure how to finish them just yet to go w the new home theater. I like the look of the rounded corners better than the square ones like below.

Here's just some other stuff I've built for friends and customers.

My 85L 12" Shiva, 15" PR

Here's a tan 85L Adire 12" Shiva w/ 15" Adire PR I build for a friend. He wanted the tan sandstone look to match his beige house. He hates the looks of the grills but he was worried one if his kids would put a hole in the drivers.

Adire Kit 281s finished in white oak and finished with a satin poly.
